Introduction

SketchIt is an AI-powered coloring page generator. We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. The short version: no cookies, no advertising, no selling your data.

Data We Collect

When you create an account via Google or Facebook OAuth, we collect minimal information:

• Your email address and display name (from your OAuth provider)
• Coloring pages you generate, including the prompts you typed
• Credit purchase history (amounts and dates — not card numbers)

How We Store Your Session

We use a JWT (JSON Web Token) stored in your browser's localStorage — not in a cookie. This means no cookie consent banners, because there are no cookies. Your session stays on your device and is sent to our servers only when you make API requests.

Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. Fathom does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and is fully GDPR-compliant by design. We see aggregated stats (page views, countries) — nothing personally identifiable.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-certified provider. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles all payment data directly in compliance with financial regulations.

AI Generation

When you generate a coloring page, your prompt is sent to Replicate (our AI provider) to produce the image. Prompts are used solely for generation and are not used to train models on our behalf.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
