Last updated: September 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SketchIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
Description of Service
SketchIt is an AI-powered platform that generates custom coloring pages based on text prompts. The service operates on a credit system — users purchase credits and spend them to generate images.
Your Account
Accounts are created via OAuth (Google or Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Credits & Payments
Credits are purchased via Stripe. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred to other accounts, and do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal after your purchase (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Outside that period, purchased credits are non-refundable. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via our contact page .
Generated Content
Coloring pages you generate may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print, share, or use them for personal or educational activities. Reselling or commercially redistributing generated images is not permitted without explicit written agreement.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the service to generate:
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Content that is hateful, harmful, or sexually explicit
- You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform infrastructure
Intellectual Property
The SketchIt platform, its design, and underlying technology remain the property of SketchIt. User-generated coloring pages are owned by the user, subject to the usage restrictions above.
Availability
SketchIt is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for service outages, generation failures, or loss of credits due to technical issues outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last updated.
